Yang style Tai Chi and Qi Gong . My class is suitable for all ages . Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and  learn at your own pace . Please wear loose clothing and flat shoes, (no open toe sandals).  Add years to your life and life to your years . Do come and join me!
