In addition to being a group which enjoys meeting every week to sing, for a number of years it has also been developing into a well balanced (currently with 32 sopranos, 19 altos and 19 men!) mixed choir which rehearses to perform at concerts and events across the Wirral. Our repertoire is varied, from folk songs, songs from the musicals to pop songs and choral classics. Although a number of our members do read music, the learning process is geared to all levels of musical ability. Members say ‘rehearsals and performances are uplifting and enjoyable’. It’s a welcoming, friendly group which also enjoys socialising together.
