Yoga (Beginners & Improvers)


Offers an easy and gentle introduction to the techniques and practices of Yoga, which clears the mind and gently exercises the body. The result is a release from the physical and mental stress of everyday living. Teaches stretching, flexibility, postures, guided relaxation, breathing exercises, and much more. For beginners and those with recent experience.
Equally suitable for men and women.
