Tai Chi


The traditional art of Chinese health exercise is practised by performing a set of routine exercises in slow motion. The movement is beneficial and graceful and suitable for all ages, allowing students to develop a relaxed and open awareness of body, breath, mind and emotions. The highly regarded Chinese Chi Kung (Qigong) system (Five Animal Frolics) will also be taught in the course. 
Equally suitable for men and women.

Class Times

Unless otherwise stated, standard class times are as follows:

Morning: 10:00 - 12:00
Midday: 12:15 - 14:15
Afternoon: 14:30 - 16:30
