Exercise & Basic Latin Dance


1-hour class £27 per 10-week term. Ladies only.

The style of dances used are basic latin: salsa, samba, jive, cha cha cha, rumba and a bossa nova. Dancing gives you a real feel-good factor and it also improves your fitness level, gets your heart rate going, and you will enjoy a great social atmosphere.

Unless otherwise stated, standard class times are as follows:

Morning: 10:00 - 12:00
Midday: 12:15 - 14:15
