Pilates is a slow and controlled system of exercise, which helps to build core strength and flexibility. 
Equally suitable for men and women.


Available Classes

♦ Pilates (Beginners)

Beginners continuation class, covering all the essential basics.

With Nigel Conway,

Tuesday Midday (13:00 - 14:00)

Pilates (Mixed Ability 1)

This class will comprise continuing beginners and those with some experience.

With Nigel Conway,

Monday Morning (11:30 - 12:30)

Pilates (Mixed Ability 2)

This class will comprise continuing beginners and those with some experience.

With Nigel Conway,

Thursday Midday (13:15 - 14:15)

Class Times

Unless otherwise stated, standard class times are as follows:

Morning: 10:00 - 12:00
Midday: 12:15 - 14:15
Afternoon: 14:30 - 16:30
