1 hr. class £27 per 10 wks
A class for those who find standing for any length of time difficult or uncomfortable. Chair-based exercises will improve arms, legs,tums and bums, and there will be no floor work. We will use hand weights & bands (optional). Class will consist of a warm-up low impact routine, stretching, and cool down. A fun class to meet new people, feel revitalised and ready to cope with the week ahead.
