Dance your way to health with tap dancing. Unlike many exercise classes which work on specific parts of the body, tap dancing is an excellent way to achieve all-round fitness because it strengthens, tones, improves posture and flexibility - and is a great cardiovascular workout into the bargain.
♦ Please note - when you see this against a course, it means that it runs for three terms beginning in September. New learners should not enrol after that term. All other courses may be joined at any term.
