Pilates


Pilates is a slow and controlled system of exercise which helps to build core strength and flexibility. 
Equally suitable for men and women.


Available Classes

Pilates Beginners

For complete beginners, covering all the essential basics.

With Nigel Conway,

Tuesday Midday (13:00 - 14:00)

Pilates Intermediate

For those with previous experience of Pilates.

With Nigel Conway,

Monday Morning (11:30 - 12:30)

Pilates Mixed Ability

This class will comprise beginners and those with some experience.

With Nigel Conway,

Thursday Midday (13:15 - 14:15)

Class Times

Unless otherwise stated, standard class times are as follows:

Morning: 10:00 - 12:00
Midday: 12:15 - 14:15
Afternoon: 14:30 - 16:30

How to book

It is currently not possible to book or make payments via this website. To do this you will need to contact the office (0151 645 0066).  We will help you with any details you require, and advise the availability of places on the courses or events.

Then you will need to come in to the office to complete enrolment forms and pay by card, cash or cheque (made payable to Wirral 3Ls).

We recommend you enquire as early as possible as places fill up very quickly. (Don't wait until term starts!)
