Wednesday 10-12 (Beginners & Improvers)
Offers an easy and gentle introduction to the techniques and practices of Yoga, which clears the mind and gently exercises the body. The result is a release from the physical and mental stress of everyday living. Teaches stretching, flexibility, postures, guided relaxation, breathing exercises, and much more

Monday 10-12 (Intermediate)
For those with some recent experience. Sessions will further cover strong posture, Pranayama (breathing), flexibility improvements, weight-bearing Asanas.
