Pilates is a slow and controlled system of exercise which helps to build core strength and flexibility.

Tuesday 1-2 (Beginners)
For complete beginners, covering all the essential basics.

Monday 11.30-12.30 (Intermediate)
For those with previous experience of Pilates.

Thursday 1.15-2.15 (Mixed ability)
This class will comprise beginners and those with some experience.
